5 day/week, 14 week Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on increasing your foundational (push, pull, press) strength and metabolic conditioning. At the end of the program you will be stronger, you will be faster, you will be harder to kill. That is a guarantee.

This is NOT for the faint of heart, it is an intermediate/advanced program for the man who wants to push himself further and harder.

Includes: Daily strength training, daily conditioning, optional accessory work, sprint and running progression.

You will need access to full gym equipment: (Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Box, Pull-up Bar, Wall ball, Echo/Assault Bike, Rower...)
